Toys for Tots Drive

October – December 2026

The Toys for Tots Drive, proudly supported by Unity Shoppe and local businesses, Santa Barbara City & County fire departments, CHP, schools, places of worship, and individuals in the community, is part of a national charitable program run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. The mission of Toys for Tots is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute them to children in low-income families, bringing hope and holiday cheer to those who might otherwise go without. Since its founding in 1947, the program has delivered hundreds of millions of toys to millions of children across the United States.

How to Participate:

Donate brand new, unwrapped toys at any Santa Barbara City Fire, Santa Barbara County Fire, Montecito Fire, or Carpinteria-Summerland Fire Protection District station, or bring them directly to the Unity Shoppe at 110 West Sola Street, Santa Barbara, CA.

You can also find Toys for Tots collection boxes at participating local businesses throughout the community. If you’d like to host a donation box or need help locating one nearby, please contact becky@unityshoppe.org or call (805)-979-9519 for assistance.

Donations are accepted through December 19. Together, we can help make the holidays brighter for children in need across Santa Barbara County.

“I think it was the tennis player Arthur Ashe who said, ‘Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can. The end result is more than the sum of the parts that make up a wooden doll bed or toy truck. It’s that you used your own hands to make the world a better place, one kid at a time.”
