Referred clients are invited to shop for food, clothing, and personal care items in the Client Services Center at NO COST.

Unity Gift & Thrift Shoppe (1209 State St) and Furniture Annex (1207 State St) are retail spaces that are open to the public.  All proceeds from the store directly fund Unity Shoppe programs.

Need help? Just ask! Unity Shoppe works with hundreds of referring agencies in the Santa Barbara area. Your church, school, or case manager can refer you for services. Public libraries, Neighborhood Clinics, and shelters can also submit your referral. CLICK HERE for complete list of referring partners.

Unity Shoppe relies on its referring partners to collect and verify personal client information, simplifying your service experience. Unity Shoppe uses non-personally identifiable information collected in client referrals to secure program funding.

No appointment is required to visit the Free Store in the Client Services Center. The JobSmart and Transitional Assistance programs, as well as the Holiday Toy Shoppe, do require that you make an appointment in order to receive services.

Unity Shoppe is the proud recipient of all South County Toys for Tots donations. Families are invited to schedule an appointment to shop for gifts in the Toy Shoppe during the month of December.

Unity Shoppe is a secular, nonprofit organization providing economic support services to residents in need. Unity of Santa Barbara is an all-inclusive spiritual center. There is no formal relationship between these two organizations.
